Andrey Zaruev

Background

Andrey Zaruev is a lucid dreaming practitioner, a researcher of the borderline states of sleep, a journalist, media manager, and producer. For more than 20 years he has worked with communication, attention, public presence, and creative projects. In recent years he has been running an intensive personal practice of lucid dreaming and entering the borderline states of sleep. In private work he helps entrepreneurs, authors, and leaders build a safe, disciplined, and applied practice.

Andrey came to lucid dreaming and out-of-body experience through a personal encounter with phenomena that lie beyond the ordinary picture of the world. His path began with recurring attacks and contacts with various forms of subtle entities — an experience that demanded not abstract reasoning but a concrete search for protection, understanding, and inner strength.

These encounters became the starting point of a deep inquiry: how the boundaries of human consciousness are structured, what happens to a person beyond physical perception, and how one can maintain clarity, will, and stability in the spaces of sleep, trance, and leaving the body.

For many years Andrey studied esoteric, spiritual, and energetic systems, practices of protection, and methods of working with attention, awareness, the dream body, and the states between sleep and waking. Gradually a scattered search turned into an applied discipline — the mastery of lucid sleep and controlled out-of-body experience.

Six years of continuous practice allowed Andrey to accumulate his own experience and to pass through many states, mistakes, tests, encounters, and discoveries. His approach is built on personal verification: what truly works, where illusion begins, and how to distinguish projections of the subconscious from real experience of interaction with the Subtle World.

Inner strength and safety hold a special place in his practice. Andrey regards lucid dreaming as a serious path of expanding consciousness — one that demands discipline of attention, purity of intention, the ability to distinguish levels of reality, and the capacity to stay stable in non-standard states.

Andrey shares his experience in the format of private lessons. His lessons are oriented toward people seeking a deep, honest, and practically applicable approach to lucid dreaming, protection, out-of-body experience, and the exploration of the invisible levels of existence.
